$14.99 a month!!! That's almost $180 a year and it's a TWO-YEAR contract. You're essentially paying $360 for two years of Xbox Live service when the full retail price ($59.99 a year) would only cost $120 for two years, and we all know you can get a year's subscription for much less than retail price.

And you would still need a hard drive.

I saw that in Best Buy when I was buying Madden 13.

So if you buy all that stuff separately isn't it $30 cheaper than buying this bundle?

With that "deal" you'd pay $460 total ($360 for 2 years of Live + $100 for the console/Kinect). Without the "deal", you'd pay at most $420 total ($120 for 2 years of Live + $300 for the console/Kinect), but Xbox Live annual subscriptions can usually be found for $40 a year (and cheaper). At that price, it brings your total down to $380 total, saving you $80 compared the "deal" listed above.
