Those new screen shots look per-rendered, except maybe for the parachuting one. I'd be shocked if the actual gameplay screens looked that good...at least on the XB360 and PS3.
I was going to post the same thing, no way those are in-game shots.
I was thinking that as well. By coincidence I picked up GTA:SA in a Steam sale a few weeks back and loaded it up and thought it looked really ugly and dated. I don't remember it being that way when it was new. How times have changed.
