Last post by BoomerSooner - January 08, 2025 @ 02:57 AMHorizon Forbidden West and the DLC completed. Better than the original in every way and Zero Dawn was an excellent game. No platinum this time as I don't have the patience to run around finding every hidden recording, plus I have to get back to playing God of War.
The only story issue I have with the game is the developers need to cater to the crowd that has to define her sexuality.

I have no problems playing as a gay person. Loved playing as Ellie in TLOU. Cyberpunk was me essentially living out a lesbian fantasy with my female V. Sir Hammerlock is one of my favorite Borderlands characters and there was a whole DLC based on him getting married to Wainright Jakobs. But with Aloy you go through two games where she is essentially asexual and thwarts off any advances. Only to hit the DLC and she magically falls for a girl. It felt tacked on for the sake of appeasing a small audience.

Last post by Brad Company - December 29, 2024 @ 08:20 PMYeah, it's a big dropoff in terms of performanxe and quality of life. It's still well worth playing, but no 4K and 30 fps on PSN is rough. As far as endgame, Div 1 is much tougher to become master than 2, but 2 has way more depth and variety.

Last post by Brad Company - December 29, 2024 @ 02:41 PMYou can finish the pre NYC story, but it really doesn't reach a conclusion. The story continues with the DLC, and then through the manhunts and now the seasonal story line.
Endgame is considered everything after WONY and reaching level 40, which is easier than ever.
