Title: PGA TOUR 2K21 (August 21st)
Post by: BDSooner72 on May 14, 2020 @ 08:22:15 PM
Got a patch to the 2019 game (5gb) and from what I can tell the only thing added was an advertisement for PGA TOUR 2K21 in the game. Some are seeing a some minor improvements but no patch notes.

I just got 19 so I don;t have any interest in this one yet, especially with 2K seemingly taking the lead on this one.

2K My Player in the house. They say it can all be purchased in game and nothing to level up, we shall see.

Gameplay video from IGN's event is up on YouTube. I was surprised to see they added a meter swing mechanic.

I think it is a good addition. Trying to gauge a 3/4 shot was difficult going by the player and club. Also noticed you can over-swing (saw 101%) on a short or two. Hopefully there is a noticeable risk/reward for an over-swing.

I've always liked meter swinging in golf games. The addition of that actually made me slightly interested in the game.
