Yep. Just downloaded it. Glad I didn't buy it a few weeks ago.
Just raced on a few tracks with Horizon Chase and enjoyed it.

Holy crap is Horizon Chase Turbo addicting. I played for almost 3 hours straight and told myself that the current race would be my last more than 10 times. It's absolutely the spiritual successor to Sega's Out Run. It might not be the deepest game, but it's a lot of fun. I can't wait to play it with my kids tomorrow. I like how it forces you to race cleanly since bumping the back of another car slows you down and gives that car a boost.
This game was on my radar back when it was released, but I never pulled the trigger. I just noticed that it has a demo, which would have probably convinced me to buy it a long time ago.
