Konami re-released eFootball 2022 Update 1.0 after a disastrous launch in the fall. I played a quick match and it's much better than the crap they released a few months back. The graphics and gameplay seem pretty good, but there's a serious lack of settings. For instance, the difficulty seems to be locked at either "Regular" or "Superstar".
Since the base game is free, there's no harm in seeing how it turns out with a few more patches.
