I decided to download the open beta this past weekend to check it out and came away pretty impressed, especially with the size of the map. I probably spent most of my time flying around Miami sightseeing from my plane. I never bought the first one, but this has definitely made my list after the first price drop.
Is there co-op or multiplayer stuff to jump into, or are you on your own the whole time?
You can form your own crew of up to 4 players and there are also other online people all over the map. I was able to see other people even though I don't have PS Plus. I wish there was a feature to set a custom waypoint and race your crew in that. It would be great to have your own "cannonball run" and race from coast to coast.
