Have never watched LOTR, you can thank Clerks 2 for the quote.  ;)

Enjoy, if this comes out this gen, Ubsoft deserves some special award for greatness in art design under technical constraints.

Damn, that's one good-looking screen shot. I was a little disappointed to find out that the E3 footage was from a high-end gaming PC. By stating it was a "current-gen" game, they made it seem like the XB360 and PS3 versions would look like that too, which I highly doubt.

Jimmy Fallon had "Watch Dogs" on his show last night. I may buy a copy of this to play on my son's son's PS4 this Christmas. I wonder how much worse the XB360 version will look? I tried finding gameplay footage for the current-gen systems and it appears there is none.

I'm curious to see how the Xbox 360 version turns out. I'm trying to decide if I should get that one or the PS4 version. I know the PS4 version will play and definitely look much better, but I don't think I'll be able to put the necessary time in on my son's PS4. I guess I'll see how remote play works on it too.

Box up your 360 stuff and get what you can for it. Purchase PS4 and play game.

There's too many games I still enjoy on the 360. I don't have have a problem owning both a PS4 and XB360 once there are enough games to justify the move to next-gen, which will probably be this fall.

Hopefully it runs better than the PS3 version;

According to IGN it does:

Naturally the Xbox 360 version doesn't look as nice as the newer generation consoles when it comes to texture resolution, physics objects like debris and smoke, and draw distance, but it does look respectable for a game on this platform in 2014. More importantly, it runs consistently, avoiding the major performance problems that drag down the PlayStation 3 version. The only notable differences content-wise are the disappointing lack of the Decryption multiplayer mode and the multiplayer free-roam mode, but those absences don't make me recommend it any less for those who don't own a PS4 or Xbox One.

I'm definitely going to pick this up when it goes on sale.
